Gilston Group Expects Return to 2024 Profit
GILSTON GROUP (02011.HK) expects annual profit to be between 20 million and 35 million Hong Kong dollars.
On March 25, GILSTON GROUP (02011.HK) announced that the group expects to record a net profit ranging from HKD 20,000,000 to HKD 35,000,000 for the year ending December 31, 2024, while for the year ending December 31, 2023, there was a net loss attributable to shareholders of approximately HKD 69,000,000. The Board of Directors believes that the changes are mainly due to: (1) the property management business contributing to the annual revenue, whereas last year it only contributed four months of revenue starting from September 2023; and (2) the zipper business performing steadily.
