Ruifeng Power Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, collectively, the “Group”) is a professional cylinder block and cylinder head (the main device for automobile engines) headquartered in Shenzhou, Hebei Province, the People's Republic of China (“China”). Chinese cylinder blocks and cylinder heads have always been manufactured separately from internal production by automobile and automobile engine manufacturers and outsourced production by manufacturers specializing in automobile engine parts. The scale of business operations and excellent production capacity have enabled us to secure the adoption of our products by some of the leading automobile manufacturers and engine manufacturers in China. As of June 30, 2024, we owned and operated a total of 5 precision casting lines and 28 machining lines (23 for cylinder blocks, 3 for cylinder heads, and 2 for other cylinder auxiliary parts). The main products are: The cylinder block - is the main device of an automobile engine and is where fuel is burned. The cylinder block provides space for a specified number of cylinders and related devices around them (including coolant channels, intake and exhaust channels, and crankcases). As the central component of an automobile engine, the acceptable defect rate level of the cylinder block needs to be kept low, because it directly affects the performance, longevity and other important indicators of the engine. The cylinder head - is one of the main components of the engine. It is located at the top of the cylinder block and provides space for the passage of air and fuel to the cylinder and exhaust gas. The cylinder head shall be able to maintain its original state under high pressure and temperature to seal the cylinder through the cylinder gasket. Cylinder auxiliary parts - including the main bearing cover and flywheel. The main bearing cover is used in piston engines to secure the crankshaft to the cylinder block. Our main bearing cover converts reciprocating motion into rotational motion by applying force to the crank, overcoming the force generated by the piston and transmitted to the crankshaft. The flywheel is used to ensure the smooth operation of the crankshaft in the cylinder body when no force is applied. Our flywheels are easy to install and highly resistant to rust and corrosion.
