In 2011, the company introduced a leading ERP system designed by SAP, an internationally renowned enterprise application software company, to enable the company to manage and operate business more effectively, make sales forecasts and provide procurement guidelines to distributors more reliably and effectively, manage the inventory level of the distribution network, and provide management and operation guidelines for distributors in a timely manner. Through this ERP system, it not only helps the company manage real-time information on procurement, supply chain and distribution, but also tracks each product from delivery, storage to final sales. At the same time, it also helps manage the company's design, R&D, product procurement and marketing planning, warehousing, logistics, sales to distributors, marketing, retail sales management, inventory, finance and human resources.
