Gelonghui, on February 6, announced that HUISEN SHARES (02127.HK) issued a notice stating that on July 10, 2023, HUISEN Furniture (Longnan) Co., Ltd. entered into a loan agreement with Ganzhou Fujiali Trading Co., Ltd. as the lender (with a supplementary agreement dated January 3, 2024). According to this, HUISEN Furniture agrees that a loan of 0.5 billion yuan will be repaid on June 9, 2024. Accordingly, Pure Cypress Limited and Mr. Zeng Ming (collectively referred to as the guarantors) provide guarantees for the repayment of HUISEN Furniture. Part of the loan, amounting to 0.154 billion yuan, has been made in 2024.
