(“the Company” or “we”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is a leading brand e-commerce operation service provider in China, focusing on FMCG products, including adult personal care products, infant personal care products, beauty products, health products and other product categories. We have cooperated with about 50 independent brands including Unicharm Group's Sophie and Moony, brands such as Suiji Group's Secret Words of Water, Uno, FINO, etc., brands such as Shiseido Group Mizuji, HAKU, etc., FANCL's Ai Natural, Boscia brands, Ota Weisan, Taisho Pharmaceutical, etc., to provide them with omni-channel, one-stop, high-value-added operation and customized services to empower the brand and spread value. The Group is a bridge between brand partners, e-commerce platforms and customers. We mainly operate our business through distribution methods and service fees. Under the distribution model, we buy products from selected brand partners, manage the Chinese and cross-border supply chain, identify and reach target customers through omnichannel marketing, and sell products to customers through the online stores we operate (we call it a business-to-customer (B2C) model), or sell products to e-commerce platforms or other distributors that sell products to customers (what we call the business-to-business (B2B) model). Under the service fee method, as a supplement to the B2C model and B2B model, we also provide solutions to brand partners or other customers and charge service fees. The Group will continue to deeply cultivate business areas, improve overall operational efficiency, and at the same time keep abreast of industry trends, understand consumer demand, provide more forward-looking operating services to brand partners, introduce more consumer traffic to e-commerce platforms, and bring more high-quality and interesting products to customers.
