We have cooperated with about 50 brands including Unicharm Group's Sophie and Moony, brands such as Suizhi, Uno, and FINO, Shiseido Group Mizuji, HAKU, etc., FANCL's Ai Natural, Boscia brands, Beofei, Ota Weisan, and Taisho Pharmaceutical, etc., to provide them with omni-channel, one-stop, high-value-added operation and customized services to empower the brand and spread value. The Group is a bridge between brand partners, e-commerce platforms and customers. We mainly operate our business through distribution methods and service fees. Under the distribution model, we buy products from selected brand partners, manage the Chinese and cross-border supply chain, identify and reach target customers through omnichannel marketing, and sell products to customers through the online stores we operate (we call it a business-to-customer (B2C) model), or sell products to e-commerce platforms or other distributors where such e-commerce platforms or distributors sell products to customers (what we call the business-to-business (B2B) model). Under the service fee method, as a supplement to the B2C model and B2B model, we also provide solutions to brand partners or other customers and charge service fees.
