On August 20th, Guolonghui announced that Zhong Zhu Huanqiu had resigned as the company's auditor and it would take effect on August 20th, 2024 due to two reasons: (1) The board of directors believes that rotating its auditors after a suitable period will improve the independence of the auditors and the company's governance practices; and (2) Zhong Zhu Huanqiu and the Company were unable to reach a consensus on the audit fees for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. The board of directors believes that lower audit fees will help the company effectively control costs and reduce overall operating expenses, while also being in the best interest of the company and its shareholders.

On July 29th, GlobeNewswire reported that Ying Hui Enterprise Holdings (02195.HK) announced that the company expects a net loss of no less than 17.0 million Hong Kong dollars for the six months ending on June 30, 2024, while a net loss of approximately 6.5 million Hong Kong dollars for the six months ending on June 30, 2023. Despite the fact that the group's revenue during the reporting period mainly improved due to the new projects undertaken by the group, the excess project costs resulted in a decrease in gross profit, leading to a gross loss during the reporting period.
