New Concepts Holdings Removes Non-Executive Director
NEW CONCEPTS (02221.HK): Removal of non-executive Director Lin Jia Kuang.
On December 11, Gelonghui reported that NEW CONCEPTS (02221.HK) announced that according to the company's articles of association, a resolution to remove Lin Jiakuang from his position as a non-executive director will be passed by the directors attending/participating in the Board of Directors meeting held on December 5, 2024, with no less than three-quarters of the current directors (including Mr. Lin). A written notice signed by no less than three-quarters of the current directors (including Lin Jiakuang) will be delivered to him, and the removal from his non-executive director position will take effect from December 11, 2024. This decision is made by the Board of Directors considering Lin Jiakuang's situation since November 2024.
