Casablanca Group Reports Increased Losses Amid Revenue Decline in 2024
CASABLANCA (02223.HK) is expected to generate sales revenue of approximately 0.247 billion HKD in 2024, representing a year-on-year decrease of about 13.0%.
Glory Holdings announced on March 25 that CASABLANCA (02223.HK) expects total sales revenue for 2024 to be approximately HKD 247.1 million, a decrease of about 13.0% compared to HKD 284.1 million in 2023. The company's attributable loss for this year is estimated to be about HKD 9.8 million, an increase of approximately 110.9% compared to HKD 4.6 million in 2023. The increase in the attributable loss is mainly due to the overall decline in sales. Even though other income has risen and the costs of sales and distribution have decreased, they were not able to offset the decrease in gross profit caused by the drop in overall sales.
