About SOLIS HOLDINGS Company

We are an electrical and mechanical engineering design and construction contractor based in Singapore. We have been operating in Singapore for over 25 years. Our scope of services includes (i) mechatronic systems design, including designing the operation and connections of various building systems; and (ii) construction and installation of mechatronic systems. We specialize in electrical engineering, and our projects involve the construction of new buildings and major additions and remodeling projects, including private residences, commercial and residential complex construction, and public utility buildings. All of our contracts are non-recurring and project-based. During the track record period, the construction period of our projects ranged from 10 to 53 months, with an average construction period of about 30 months. Under the leadership of founder Mr. Zheng Yonghua, our experienced management team has grown the Group. Currently, we have a strong staff team of over 260 people and successfully obtained high-value contracts during bidding. For example, in January 2016, we obtained a commercial and residential complex construction contract worth about S$21.4 million. During our track record, we have taken on two projects where mechatronic systems were installed on factory prefabricated volumetric (PPVC) modules using off-site construction methods, and we are proud to be at the forefront of the development of Singapore's mechatronic industry.
