On December 5, Gregory Holdings announced that QUANTUMPH-P (02228.HK) has changed its English name from "Quantum Pharm Inc." to "XtalPi Holdings Limited" and adopted the Chinese name "晶泰控股有限公司" as the company's dual foreign name, effective from November 8, 2024 (the date of the special resolution approving the name change). The Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands issued the name change registration certificate on November 12, 2024.
