It is headquartered in Hong Kong, China, and operates in mainland China, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Indonesia and Japan. According to the Frost & Sullivan report, the Group ranked first among Japanese animation publishers in mainland China in terms of revenue in 2017. As far as the media content distribution business is concerned, the Group distributes media content related to animation, variety shows, TV series, feature-length animated films, and live-action feature films to customers through content distribution arrangements with media content licensors and through content re-licensing arrangements with customers. With rich experience in media content distribution business, the Group is also engaged in brand licensing business, granting brand copyrights owned by various brand licensors in the Asia-Pacific region, including product licensing (for use in toys, clothing and footwear, health and beauty products, and catering), large-scale physical entertainment rights (for use in events, theme parks, shopping malls, coffee shops and restaurants) and promotional rights.
