WISON ENGRG (02236.HK) has appointed Zhou Hongliang as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
On March 27, GeLong Hui reported that WISON ENGRG (02236.HK) announced that Mr. Zhou Hongliang, the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, will be appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors starting from March 27, 2025, succeeding the current Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Liu Hongjun. Due to changes in work arrangements, Mr. Liu will resign from the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors effective March 27, 2025, but he will continue to serve as a non-executive director.
