SLD Group (02262.HK) announced on August 16 that the board of directors will hold a meeting on August 29, 2024 to consider and approve the mid-term performance of the company and its subsidiaries for the six months ending June 30, 2024, as well as to consider the distribution of mid-term dividends (if any).

On July 5, Gelunhui announced that Sun Yansheng had resigned as an independent non-executive director from July 5, 2024. After resigning, Mr. Sun will no longer serve as the chairman of the remuneration committee and as a member of the audit and nomination committees. Wang Wanjun has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee, and independent non-executive director Liu Huo has been appointed as the chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of the nomination committee.
