On December 27, 2023, KAM HING INT'L (02307.HK) announced that on December 27, 2024, four independent third parties (collectively referred to as the "potential sellers") entered into a memorandum of understanding with the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Kam Fung (Hong Kong) Garments Limited ("Kam Fung Hong Kong")(as the buyer) regarding the proposed acquisition of all equity of a Vietnamese company ("target company"). The total price for the proposed acquisition will be 10.8 million USD. The target company mainly engages in the production of textile products and has a well-equipped knitting and dyeing factory in Vietnam. The proposed acquisition involves an accompanying agreement.
