Li Wen Paper Co., Ltd. (“Li Wen Paper”) was founded in 1994 and developed from a small company into one of the world's leading producers of raw paper and pulp for boxboards. The Group was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 26, 2003 (stock code: 02314). The Group mainly produces kraft box board and corrugated paper for packaging of different grades and specifications to meet the packaging needs of different industries. Over the past few years, we have been working to expand our scale and develop a vertical business model covering pulp making and waste paper recycling to ensure a stable supply of raw materials. The group currently has 5 plants in China, strategically located in Huangyong, Dongguan, Hongmei, Guangdong, Changshu, Jiangsu, Yongchuan, Chongqing, and Jiujiang, Jiangxi. Furthermore, the Group will also have production facilities in Vietnam. The Group continuously invests resources in setting up advanced machines and R&D work to produce the highest quality and affordable products. Since our development, we have become a multinational enterprise with an annual production capacity of over 7.165,000 tons (of which: wrapping paper production capacity is about 6.26 million tons, annual production capacity of pulp is about 180,000 tons, and annual production capacity of toilet paper is about 725,000 tons). In addition to striving for effective business, Liwen Paper also strives to fulfill its social responsibilities, particularly in terms of protecting the environment. As a result, the Group invested resources and implemented appropriate environmental protection measures, which were well recognized by society. At the same time, the Group's plants have received numerous international certifications in terms of quality and environmental management.
