Comba Telecom Announces New Share Subscriptions to Strengthen Capital
COMBA (02342.HK) has entered into a subscription agreement.
On February 17, Gelonghui announced that COMBA (02342.HK) has entered into a subscription agreement A with subscriber A, Ocean Link Investment Limited, whereby subscriber A conditionally agrees to subscribe for and the company conditionally agrees to allocate and issue a total of 310,407,322 new shares at a subscription price of HK$1.09 per share; and (b) has entered into subscription agreement B with subscriber B, Intel Capital Corporation, whereby subscriber B conditionally agrees.
