Comba (02342.HK) has terminated the proposed spin-off of Comba Networks and the proposed A-share listing.
Krypton Capital October 18th | Comba Telecom (02342.HK) announced that due to significant changes in the domestic IPO environment and capital markets, Comba Networks is unable to complete its A-share listing in a foreseeable time frame. After considering the latest developments in the macroeconomic and market environment, the board of directors has decided to terminate the proposed spin-off and the proposed A-share listing on the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in China. In light of the termination, the board of directors announced that Comba Guangzhou has entered into agreements with the G-type limited partners and non-G-type limited partners respectively to repurchase their incentive shares. The total repurchase cost is approximately RMB.
