Wuxi apptec a case of missed opportunity

I followed $WUXI APPTEC (02359.HK)$ earlier in the year when US was contemplating a bill to ban us entities receiving government funds from doing business with China biotech companies which includes Wuxi Apptec.
The bill is now to be submitted to Senate. Wuxi Apptec has been dumped such that it became cheaper,. Wuxi Apptec decided to throw in the towel by selling their us operations while they still could get a good price.
Thus, its shares exploded higher....
