The Group was founded by Chairman Chung in 1993. Its main business is to manufacture sportswear for men, women and children in the form of OEM (i.e. “original equipment manufacturing”, design or customized products provided by customers). It mainly produces and sells sportswear such as tracksuits, sports pants, sports jackets, sweatshirts, and T-shirts. The Group mainly manufactures products for many international brands such as Nike, The North Face and Puma. In addition to being exported all over the world, the products are also sold domestically to the Chinese market. Since its opening, the Group has established stable and trusting partnerships with many international sportswear brand customers. The Group's four production bases are located in Shantou, Guangdong Province, China; Huilai County, Guangdong Province, China; Yifeng County, Jiangxi Province, China; and Banten, Indonesia. The five production plants in the four regions have a total construction area of over 300,000 square meters, and can accommodate nearly 300 production lines. Equipped with advanced instruments and equipment, and managed in a systematic manner, the Group has a huge production capacity to meet customer orders. The Group began expanding its ODM (abbreviation for “original design manufacturer”, owning and/or designing the customer's own products) capabilities in 2006 to provide customers with products designed and developed by the Group. In order for the Group to successfully develop ODM business, the Group has set up a R&D center and research and development center called the “Technology Development Center” in the Shantou factory, and set up a R&D team composed of professionals from the garment industry to improve the Group's production technology, increase product lines, and develop creative designs and high-value products for customers using new materials and advanced technology. Unlike the OEM business where the Group only acted as a manufacturer in the early years, the ODM business enabled the Group to provide design and related services in addition to being a manufacturer. By developing the ODM business, in addition to enabling the Group to improve production technology, it also develops innovative designs and value-added services for customers. In addition to seizing business opportunities in China, the Group is also actively seeking opportunities for horizontal expansion, finding production bases that can be developed in different countries, and improving production capacity to meet the growing needs of the global market. The Group is striving to take effective measures to reduce costs and improve production efficiency, and to maintain the Group's competitive advantage in product quality, customer service and market through various effective methods to create a win-win situation for customers, employees and shareholders.
