The Group's history dates back to the 1950s, when it began developing, manufacturing and marketing its own “SMC” brand fans in Hong Kong, and marketed its products to America, Europe, Oceania, Africa and other parts of Asia, further expanding the electric fan market overseas. The Group's business can be broadly divided into (i) selling rechargeable power tools and electric fans to overseas markets under the respective brands of customers; and (ii) selling electric fans to local and overseas markets under the Group's own brand “SMC”. For various brand customers, the Group manufactures a variety of rechargeable products, including wireless fans, work lights, vacuum cleaners, etc. At the same time, the Group purchases and sells various types of electric fans under the Group's “SMC” brand, including ceiling fans, wall fans, floor fans and floor fans, and sells them to distributors and retailers mainly based in Asia, Africa and Oceania.
