BOC Hong Kong Announces Acquisition and Disposal Plans
BOC HONG KONG (02388.HK): proposed acquisition of all equity of BOC International Private Banking and proposed sale of all equity of Bao Sheng Securities.
Gelonghui, January 24th | BOC HONG KONG (02388.HK) announced that on the date of this announcement, BOC HONG KONG and BOC International Asia have entered into (i) a purchase agreement, pursuant to which BOC HONG KONG agrees to acquire and BOC International Asia agrees to sell all issued shares of BOC International Limited ("BOC International Private Banking"); and (ii) a sale agreement, pursuant to which BOC HONG KONG agrees to sell and BOC International Asia agrees to acquire all issued shares of Baosheng Securities Limited ("Baosheng Securities"). The purchase agreement and sale agreement were entered into through separate independent public listing procedures at the Shenzhen Property Exchange.
