On January 16th, Gelonghui announced that SEACON (02409.HK) has entered into an agreement on January 16, 2025, whereby the seller Seacon Yokohama Ltd (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) agrees to sell and the buyer Yuchen Logistics Pte. Ltd. agrees to purchase the Ship for a price of 19.9 million USD. SEACON YOKOHAMA, a 13,500 dwt cargo Ship, was built in 2023.
