In particular, according to Frost & Sullivan's report, since 2020, China's 5G private network market has become an emerging industry segment of the Chinese IoT market, accounting for about 0.2% of the Chinese IoT market in 2021. The market share of China's 5G private network market in the Chinese IoT market is expected to further increase to about 4.3% in 2026. With the promotion of 5G commercial applications in China, we strategically began providing customers with 5G communication equipment and 5G private network solutions in 2019 and 2020, respectively.
