Space Group (02448.HK) has been ordered to wind up by the Hong Kong High Court.
On July 15th, Gelunhui announced that Space Group (02448.HK) was ordered to liquidate by the High Court of Hong Kong on July 15th, 2024, in Case No. 388 of 2023. The liquidator of the company appointed the Director of the Bankruptcy Administration Bureau. Trading remains suspended.
