Shengneng Group (02459.HK) has reached an agreement with Huixian Construction to dissolve the joint venture company.

November 19, Gallon announces that Ascension Group (02459.HK) and Huixian government have jointly established a joint venture company in Huixian for the purpose of expanding the group's production capacity in China. Due to the constantly changing market and economic environment, the company and Huixian Construction have reached an agreement to voluntarily terminate the joint venture agreement and dissolve the joint venture company in a friendly manner.
