Gelonghui, March 18丨Jingwei Tiandi (02477.HK) announced that the Board of Directors will hold a meeting on March 28, 2025 (Friday) to (including) (i) review and approve the final performance of the company and its subsidiaries for the year ending December 31, 2024, and its publication; and (ii) consider the payment of a final dividend (if any).

On February 19, Gelonghui announced that the Board of Directors proposed to split each existing issued and unissued share with a par value of HKD 0.01 into two (2) shares with a par value of HKD 0.005 each. As of the date of this announcement, shares are currently traded on the Stock Exchange in a board lot of 4,000 shares. The Board of Directors further proposed that after the share split takes effect, the board lot for the split shares traded on the Stock Exchange will change to 800 split shares.
