We are a comprehensive IT solution service provider with over 20 years of business history in the Guangxi education and government information technology market. We mainly focus on providing customized integrated IT solution services to customers in the education sector (mainly offline formal public education institutions) to promote the development of smart campuses. In particular, we aim to use products and service technology to help educational institutions open up and connect all departments, functions and facilities of the campus on a single platform, so as to integrate and utilize data from multiple sources, thereby improving the overall campus experience and teaching effectiveness. Throughout our operating history, we believe we have accumulated rich knowledge and experience in the education information technology market. In 2018, using relevant experience and due to the implementation of favorable policies and regulations by the Chinese government, business opportunities emerged in the government information technology market. We promoted the customized integrated IT solution services we provided to customers in the government sector by replicating the business model in the education sector to help government customers develop smart government. For the years ended December 31, 2020, 2021, 2022, and the four months ended April 30, 2023, our revenue from services provided to customers in the education sector accounted for 82.8%, 57.2%, 81.3% and 83.8% of our total revenue; and revenue generated from services provided to customers in the government sector accounted for 11.5%, 31.6%, 3.7% and 2.4% of our total revenue, respectively. We believe that expansion into the government sector is a diversified development of business operations. Therefore, in the future, we plan to continue to focus our strategy on providing customized integrated IT solution services to customers in the education sector. At the same time, when any appropriate business opportunity arises, we will also pursue diversified business development by providing customized integrated IT solution services to customers in the government sector.
