Henan Jinyuan Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established on November 23, 2012, and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Henan Jinma Energy Co., Ltd. through a share transfer in May 2015. The company has a registered capital of 0.716 billion yuan, currently employs 123 people, covers an area of 20,8057 square meters, and is located in Jiyuan High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Henan Province. The approved business scope is pure benzene, toluene, xylene isomer mixtures, heavy benzene, cyclopentane, hydrogen production, sales, and related technology development and transfer. The company currently has 0.2 million tons of crude benzene hydrogenation production capacity. In order to adapt to the long-term development of the group company and stretch the industrial chain, and under construction of 0.2 million tons/year of benzene hydrogenation, the company is expected to achieve an annual crude benzene refining scale of 0.4 million tons after production in the fourth quarter of 2023, providing basic raw materials for downstream production of adipic acid and cyclohexanone, laying a solid foundation for further extending the chain to develop fine chemicals, new materials, and build a regional energy supply base to achieve green and low-carbon circular development, greatly improving the level of development of intensive clusters in the park and driving the green transformation and sustainable development of the local industrial economy.
