Henan Jinyuan Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established on November 23, 2012, and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Henan Jinma Energy Co., Ltd. through a share transfer in May 2015. The company has a registered capital of 716 million yuan, currently employs 123 people, covers an area of 20,8057 square meters, and is located in the High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Jiyuan City, Henan Province. The approved business scope is the production and sale of pure benzene, toluene, xylene isomer mixtures, heavy benzene, cyclopentane, hydrogen, and related technology development and transfer. The company currently has 200,000 tons of crude benzene hydrogenation production capacity. In order to adapt to the long-term development of the group company and stretch the industrial chain, 200,000 tons/year of benzene hydrogenation is under construction, it is expected that after production in the fourth quarter of 2023, the company will achieve a refining scale of 400,000 tons of crude benzene per year, providing basic raw materials for downstream production of adipic acid and cyclohexanone, laying a solid foundation for further chain development of fine chemicals, new materials, and building a regional energy supply base to achieve green and low-carbon cycle development, greatly improving the development level of intensive clusters in the park, and driving the green transformation and sustainable development of the local industrial economy.
