Yisou Technology Holdings Limited is an exempted limited company incorporated in the Cayman Islands on February 9, 2022, and listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange on June 7, 2024. The Group was established in 2005 and operates four business lines, covering digital reading platform services, digital marketing services, online game distribution services and other digital content services. More than 90.0% of our revenue comes from advertising services provided under digital reading platform services and digital marketing services. Our artificial intelligence recommendation technology underpins all of our business. We are committed to continuously improving artificial intelligence recommendation technology. We have successfully applied the six-layer Yisou recommendation engine to four application scenarios (including digital reading, digital marketing, online games, and other digital content), and plan to explore business opportunities using the Yisou recommendation engine in other scenarios. We have built an online platform around the Yisou recommendation engine, user base, and diversified digital content. The eSearch recommendation engine drives our platform. Our users and customers can enjoy rich digital content covering digital reading, advertising content, online games, and music through this platform. Our platform connects cross-scene digital content, involves multiple participants such as digital content providers, media channels, users, advertisers, and telecom operators, and allows participants to interact with each other. This allows us to achieve synergy effects across our business lines and helps us diversify our revenue monetization.
