Qiniu Asia Vets (02567.HK) appointed He Qiantong as the co-secretary of the company.
On January 20, Glonghui announced that starting from January 20, 2025, Ms. He Qiantong has been appointed to replace Ms. Tan Sihui, who has submitted her resignation, to hold the following positions: (a) Co-Company Secretary of the company; (b) Authorized representative under Article 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and (c) Authorized representative for the company to receive legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Listing Rule 19.05(2) and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622). Mr. Zhang Yuanhao will continue to serve as another Co-Company Secretary of the company.

Therefore, the oversubscribed rights issue was not exercised, and the oversubscribed rights issue expired on November 9, 2024 (Saturday). The company was informed by the stabilizing manager that the stabilizing manager or any person acting on its behalf during the stabilizing price period.
