On February 24th, Gelonghui reported that BOC AVIATION (02588.HK) announced that on February 21, 2025, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary BOC Aviation (Cayman) Limited ("BOC Aviation (Cayman)") entered into an agreement with Boeing ("Boeing"), under which BOC Aviation (Cayman) agreed to purchase five Boeing 737-8 aircraft from Boeing. On the same day, the company also signed a long-term agreement with Arajet S.A. ("Airlines") for a maximum of five aircraft.
