Herbs Generation Expects Lower 2024 Profit
Herbs Generation Group Holdings Limited (02593.HK) expects annual profit to be about 11 million to 13 million HK dollars.
On March 10, Gelonghui reported that Herbs Generation Group Holdings Limited (02593.HK) anticipates profit for the year ending December 31, 2024, to be between approximately 11 million Hong Kong dollars and 13 million Hong Kong dollars (2023: 39.5 million Hong Kong dollars). This change is mainly due to the following factors: (i) approximately 19 million Hong Kong dollars in listing expenses incurred during the reporting period (2023: none); (ii) an increase in depreciation expenses primarily due to the addition of self-operated stores during the reporting period; and (iii) a decline in total revenue and gross profit during the reporting period, mainly due to reduced sales in the wholesale business.
