Contiocean Environment Launches Up HK$398 Million Hong Kong IPO
[New Stock IPO] Huijie Eco-friendly Concept (02613) starts accepting subscriptions today, with an entry fee of 4,020.14 HKD.
Jinwu Finance | Huige Eco-friendly Concept (02613) is starting its initial public offering today, planning to issue 10 million shares listed in Hong Kong, with 10% for public offering in Hong Kong and the rest for international placement. The offer price per share ranges from 31.8 HKD to 39.8 HKD, with a minimum entry fee of 4,020.14 HKD for 100 shares. CITIC SEC and China Galaxy International are the co-sponsors. The shares are expected to be listed on January 9. Based on the mid-price of the offer at 35.8 HKD per share, the net fundraising is expected to be around 0.312 billion HKD, with about 50% intended for the group's R&D; about 15% for potential mergers and acquisitions; about 15% will be used.
