Aide New Energy Investment Holding Group Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as Aide New Energy) was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on April 27, 2012, stock code: 2623.HK. Aide Renewable Energy Group is headquartered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and is an investment holding group company. The main business is: the first is the construction of an all-titanium industrial chain, such as exploration of titanium raw ore, the production of titanium concentrate, titanium sponge, and high-purity titanium; the second is exploration of iron ore, mining, production and sales of iron concentrates; and the third is the construction and operation of clean energy such as photothermal and solar energy systems, photovoltaic power plants, and wind power plants. Fourth is the construction of system engineering projects to improve natural resources such as soil and water quality as social responsibility. Currently, Aide Renewable Energy Group mainly owns four holding subsidiaries, namely Shandong Xingsheng Mining Co., Ltd., Linyi Luxing Titanium Co., Ltd., Tianjin Hengsheng Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., and Australia Xingsheng International Resources Co., Ltd. Shandong Xingsheng Mining Co., Ltd. and Linyi Lu Xing Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. are mainly engaged in the exploration, mining and processing of iron ore and titanite to produce and sell iron concentrate and titanium concentrate. It currently owns the Yangzhuang Iron Ore, Zhuge Shangyu Iron Ore, Qinjiazhuang Ironite, Gaozhuang Shangyu Iron Ore, and Lu Xing Titanium Industry. The company attaches great importance to environmental protection and management. It won the first batch of “National Green Mine Pilot Units” selected by the Ministry of Land and Resources in March 2011, and is one of only 5 iron-containing mines to receive this honor; in October 2009, it obtained the Safety Standardized Level 2 Enterprise Certificate issued by the Shandong Provincial Administration of Work Safety. In 2010, the company carried out scientific and technological research and became a demonstration base for tailings in Shandong Province and the setter and implementer of the standard for tailings dry discharge in Shandong Province; in 2011, the company passed the ISO1901 management system certification; in September 2014, it was approved to establish the Shandong Academician Workstation. On December 10, 2015, it was qualified as a national high-tech enterprise.
