This is the one u said, from this article, what these analysts said is basically the control limit, with the limit, natgate won't earn alot since have country capped, but still it depends on the sales on the country. Even have capped, it depends if the country able to purchase high end AI server coz cost will be high,  is just speculation la..if the country only hit sales on low to mid AI server, it doesn't affect sales..these country probably won't able to buy alot of high end AI ...
