Gelonghui, January 8th丨STANCHART (02888.HK) announced that the company intends to issue fixed-rate reset perpetual subordinated contingent convertible securities with a total value of 1 billion USD on January 16, 2025 (ISIN restricted global certificate: US853254DF47, ISIN unrestricted global certificate: USG84228GP72) (“securities”). The company will apply for the securities to be traded on the International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange. The company will also apply to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for approval of the listing and trading of any ordinary shares issued after the conversion of the securities.
