bj energy intl (00686.HK) subsidiary enters into EPC contract

On October 31, Gelunhui announced that on October 31, 2024, BJ Energy Intl (00686.HK) signed an EPC contract with Heilongjiang Energy Construction (as the contractor) on behalf of Baoshan Tengchong (a subsidiary of the company). According to the EPC contract, Heilongjiang Energy Construction will provide EPC services to Baoshan Tengchong to build the EPC project. The contract price under the EPC contract is approximately 230 million yuan (tax inclusive). The EPC project refers to a distributed photovoltaic power generation project located in Baoshan City, Yunnan Province, China, with a total planned capacity of 60 megawatts. The group has accelerated the expansion of clean energy.
