DevGreat Group: Fair Value Loss of Investment Properties Among Factors Hurting Results>0755.HK
Dafangguang Ruide (00755.HK) issued a profit warning: it is expected that the net loss for 2024 will not be less than 0.824 billion HKD.
On March 21, Guolonghui announced that Da Fang Guang Rui De (00755.HK) expects the group's loss attributable to equity holders for the year ending December 31, 2024, to not be less than 0.824 billion Hong Kong dollars, whereas for the year ending December 31, 2023 (the "previous reporting period"), the profit attributable to equity holders was 0.089 billion Hong Kong dollars. Based on a preliminary review of the group's management accounts and currently available information, the expected reversal from profit to loss for equity holders is primarily due to the recording of not less than 0.43 billion Hong Kong dollars in financial guarantee provisions and a 0.401 billion Hong Kong dollars impairment in the fair value of investment properties during the reporting period.
