China Glass Holdings' Subsidiary to Acquire Land Use Right for Land in Egypt
China Glass (03300.HK) plans to acquire a land usage right in Egypt for $17.71 million.
On September 6, China Glass (03300.HK) announced that on September 6, 2024, China Glass Egypt (a newly established indirect wholly-owned subsidiary) and ETSDC entered into a land use rights contract. According to the contract, ETSDC agrees to transfer and China Glass Egypt agrees to acquire the land use rights of the land (located in the Northwestern Economic Zone of Suez Bay, Suez Province, Egypt) for a price of USD 17.71 million. The land is approximately 491,931.55 square meters in total area and can be used for medium and light industries and logistics.
