Established in 1988 in Singapore, we are a contract manufacturer specializing in the production of equipment, machinery, subsystems, precision tools and components for the semiconductor industry. Our products are mainly purchased by original design manufacturers of semiconductor processing equipment (that is, equipment used to manufacture or process semiconductors) and semiconductor processing equipment users. Our products are generally used as components of semiconductor processing equipment to produce semiconductors or to produce or process semiconductors (note). During the business record period, most of our revenue came from manufacturing wire welding processing systems (that is, an important subsystem for semiconductor back-end equipment wire welders). According to industry reports, in terms of revenue, we are the world's largest wire welder processing system contract manufacturer in the global wire welding machine processing system contract manufacturing industry, with a market share of about 49.6% in 2017.
