On November 28, Glonghui reported that jnby (03306.HK) announced that on November 28, 2024, jnby clothing signed an equity transfer agreement with Huizhan Technology, under which jnby clothing agreed to acquire, and Huizhan Technology agreed to sell all equity of the target company Hangzhou Muli Brand Management Co., Ltd. The consideration for the acquisition is 1,672,000 yuan. The target company mainly engages in the sale of a designer brand called 'B1ock', which was operated by Huizhan Technology before the establishment of the target company. As of the date of this announcement, the target company is wholly owned by Huizhan Technology.
