C-MER MEDICAL (03309.HK) is making a Series A investment in C-Hua Pharmaceutical.
On December 31, Glonghui announced that C-MER MEDICAL (03309.HK) has signed Series A investment agreements with HEALTH CARE A through its directly wholly-owned subsidiary C-MER MEDICAL Group. According to this agreement, C-MER MEDICAL Group agrees to invest 1 million USD in HEALTH CARE A as part of the Series A fundraising round. Following the completion of the Series A round and according to the terms of the investment agreement, the Group is expected to Hold approximately 23% of the total issued shares of HEALTH CARE A (together with the shares already held before the investment) after new shares are issued to Series A investors.
