A-LIVING (03319.HK): Nominated Wang Haiyang as a candidate for Executive Director and will succeed as Chairman.
On January 17, Gelonghui reported that A-LIVING (03319.HK) announced that due to work arrangements, Mr. Huang Fengchao has submitted his resignation from the position of Chairman of the Third Board of Directors, Joint Chairman, Legal Representative, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and member of the Compensation and Assessment Committee of the company, effective from the date when the shareholders and directors approve the succession matters at the subsequent annual general meeting and board meeting, currently expected to be the date of the annual general meeting. Mr. Huang will continue to serve as an executive director until the term of the third board of directors expires. This resignation was proposed by the company’s Nomination Committee and passed by a resolution of the Board of Directors.
