Founded in 1985, Baofa Group International Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Baofa Group” or the “Group”) is one of the leading manufacturers and wholesalers of high quality jewelry. It has a business history of over 30 years in Hong Kong, China, and has an impressive reputation. The group is mainly engaged in product design, manufacture and sales. The products are mainly high-grade (diamond-encrusted) jewelry. According to the IPSOS report, in terms of total revenue, the Group ranked second in the high quality jewelry manufacturing and export industry in the high-end premium jewelry retail segment in Hong Kong, China in 2014. Baofa Group has two offices, one in Hong Kong, China, and one in Dubai. The Hong Kong office in China acts as a bridge between the customer and the Group's design, production and sales team, while the Dubai office is the sales and logistics hub for the Middle East and surrounding regions. All jewelry production processes are carried out at the Group's Baofa factory located in Shunde, Guangdong Province, China. In February 2017, the group successfully invested in an area of about 150 acres in Lunjiao Street, Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, with a total construction area of over 300,000 square meters to build the Guangdong Baofa Jewelry Industry Center, and strives to build a green intelligent industrial zone integrating production and processing, display and trading, living facilities, education, research and development, and public services.
