Recently, Bank Of Communications Shanghai Branch issued a "Bank Of Communications Share Buyback Loan Commitment Letter," committing to provide loan support for this buyback, with a loan amount of RMB 0.45 billion, specifically for the company's share buyback in the A-share market. Based on the above changes, the source of funds for this buyback has been changed from 'company's own funds' to 'company's own funds and borrowings from financial institutions.'
