ZHENGYE INT'L (03363.HK): Hu Zheng resigns as CEO.
Gelonghui, December 11: ZHENGYE INT'L (03363.HK) announced that (1) to strengthen corporate governance and confirm adherence to the corporate governance code, Mr. Hu Zheng resigned as the company's Chief Executive Officer, but will continue to serve as the Chairman and Executive Director of the company; (2) Mr. Hu Jianpeng, an Executive Director of the company, has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the company; and (3) Mr. Hu Hancheng has been transferred from Co-Chairman of the company to Vice Chairman. All changes will take effect from December 11, 2024.
