HOLLY FUTURES (03678.HK): Jiang Haiying has been nominated as a candidate for non-executive Director.
On December 30, Gelonghui reported that HOLLY FUTURES (03678.HK) announced that the Board of Directors has reviewed and approved the re-election and appointment of the following candidates for the fifth Board of Directors: (i) Chu Kai-Rong and Zhao Wei-Xiong will retire, and they are qualified and willing to be re-elected as executive directors at the extraordinary general meeting; (ii) Xue Bing-Hai will retire, and he is qualified and willing to be re-elected as a non-executive director at the extraordinary general meeting; and (iii) Huang De-Chun, Lu Hua-Wei, and Zhang Hong-Fa will retire, and they are qualified and willing to be re-elected as independent non-executive directors at the extraordinary general meeting. Jiang Hai-Ying has been nominated.
