Top Spring (03688.HK) announced on September 30th that Zheng Yuhe decided to resign as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the board's audit committee, chairman of the remuneration committee, member of the board's nomination committee, and member of the board's corporate governance committee to allocate more time to deal with other work responsibilities. The resignation will take effect on September 30, 2024.
