affaires The Group is one of the leading truck manufacturers in China, specializing in the development and manufacture of heavy trucks, medium and heavy trucks, light trucks, etc., and related major assemblies and components. The Group's products serve a wide range of customers in different industries and fields such as logistics transportation and infrastructure construction. The Group takes the lead in vehicle manufacturing and makes its own key components and assemblies such as engines, cabs, axles, frames, and transmissions. It is a truck manufacturer with independent R&D and manufacturing capabilities and a complete industrial chain. The Group's products are sold not only domestically, but also to other countries and regions around the world. In addition, the Group provides financial services to those involved in the production and sale of the Group's products and the China National Heavy Duty Truck Group. Operation The Group's business is divided into the following four segments according to the nature of the products and services provided: (I) Heavy truck division The main part of the Group's revenue comes from heavy truck sales. The Group's main product brands include SITRAK (Shandeka), HOWO (Howo) and Huanghe. Each brand includes multiple product lines, and the products are sold to different market segments. The main production sites are located in Jinan and Jining, China. Furthermore, the Group is also engaged in vehicle modification and the manufacture of various special vehicles. (II) Light trucks and other divisions The Group mainly has brands such as HOWO, Homan and Ace, and its production bases are mainly distributed in Jinan, Fujian and Chengdu, China. This division produces and sells light and medium trucks, buses and other vehicles. (III) ENGINE DIVISION The Group now produces the vast majority of heavy truck engines to meet its own needs, but it also sells engines for engineering and construction machinery to third parties. In addition, the Group also produces other major assemblies and components for heavy trucks, such as gearboxes and various cast and forged parts. Engine production sites are located in Jinan and Hangzhou, China. (IV) Financial Division The Financial Division provides various financial services to those involved in the production and sale of products of the Group and Sinotruk Group, including deposit absorption services and commercial financing services such as loans, bill discounting, and issuing notes, as well as automobile financing services for end users and dealers to purchase the Group's vehicles in China.
